Hard to believe, but Wrestling Divisionals are already here, kicking off today. The Eastern AA is going on up in Great Falls, the Western AA in Helena, Eastern A in Sidney, and the B-C are in Broadus.
The biggest team hopes for the Magic City definitely lie with Skyview. The kids up on the hill just know how to wrestle, year-in and year-out. This season has been no different, as they only lost 1 Dual match all year. The Falcons biggest challenge will be Kalispell. Should be a great match.
But back in town...it's all about Hoops tonight! Here are the big games you should try to get out and see...
Boys:
Plenty Coups v. Roberts, 7:30 @ Shrine Auditorium...PC is 17-0, and looking to close the regular season at 18-0 before districts start Monday
Laurel @ Columbus, 7:30...Laurel is 8-0 in the Eastern A, but only 1-6 outside...Columbus is 7-1 in the 4B, and 12-2 overall, including an earlier win over the Locomotives in Laurel
Girls:
Great Falls @ Senior, 7:30...Battle for 4th in the Eastern AA...watch Senior's Kylie Kufeld...just looks like a basketball player...
Red Lodge @ Shepherd, 7:30...Shepherd is 13-0, one of only three remaining unbeatens in all of Class B...keep your eye on 5'3" Guard Whitney Baustadt and 6'1" Forward Jillian Stanek...great inside-out combo
